Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using avertsys services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

avertsys provides cybersecurity consulting services including but not limited to:

• Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
• Security auditing and compliance reviews
• Incident response and forensic analysis
• Cloud security assessments
• AI security evaluations
• IT infrastructure security reviews

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Ensure proper authorization for all systems to be tested
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies shared
• Implement recommended security measures in a timely manner
• Notify us immediately of any security incidents

Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information. We agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
• Use information solely for the purpose of providing services
• Implement appropriate safeguards to protect confidential data
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request

Limitation of Liability

avertsys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, tools, and deliverables remain with avertsys. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
